Here is an overview of how to make 2D drawings two ways from Rhino. First I show you the quick way, using a customized Display Mode to make screenshots of your viewport, and the proper way, using Make2D and exporting into Adobe Illustrator to illustrate with great control.
I didn't reiterate in the video, but make a NamedView for your camera angles when doing Make2D. Choose Viewport Rectangle in your Make2D settings for easy alignment when you inevitably have to do Make2D a few times to get all of your layers properly grabbed. Then when you make a render, choose Viewport as the bounds of your render, then it makes aligning your render and linework in Illustrator much easier.
Clipping Masks are going to be your friend in Illustrator when composing your Brochure.
