Form 2 Benchmark data training will go over all 19 Benchmark Constructs. We will discuss timeframes and where in Visit Tracker, our case management system, are the screens to input the information that will be collected on Form 2.  Form 2 data collection and time frames are set by HRSA and required of all MIECHV programs to maintain a national standard.
