Synchrony has invested in a Diversity Pilot program in an effort to engage more
directly with our minority and first-generation students and to improve their
recruiting efforts for a more diverse talent pipeline. This initial gift is going to
three programs: 1) Liberal Arts and Sciences Access and Achievement Program,
2) 100 Strong under the Bruce D. Nesbitt African American Cultural Center, and
3) Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. The program involves various
events taking place throughout the school year such as Networking like a Boss
and a Coding Academy
