Cornerstone Pilot Performance Management: Goal Setting Workshop 9.25.2023 (edited)

Goal setting training for those units participating in the Cornerstone Pilot Performance Management. This training was held on September 25, 2023 from 10am -11am via Zoom. The training reviews how to write SMART goals and integrate system training on how to input goals into the Cornerstone system for pilot participants.
