Bayesian genotype calling in polyploids with polyRAD

This video contains an overview of the software polyRAD, as well as a demonstration of its use in a wild collection of the grass Miscanthus sacchariflorus.  Some downstream analysis is also shown, including discriminant analysis of principal components using adegenet, and generation of a neighbor-joining tree using ape.
