Strategic Project Management Office (Fall 2023 ITPF)

The Strategic Project Management Office (SPMO) was formed to oversee University-wide strategic initiative projects. This office is supporting Operational Excellences, other strategic projects, and collaborating throughout campus through advisory governance, committees, the project management community of practice, project teams, and other groups . Come hear what the SPMO is what it isn't, how it is supporting the Operational Excellence initiative (OpEx), and the ways this office is working with units throughout the campus to improve efficiencies and business service quality.
