iMBA - Course Grouping Changes

The online MBA at Gies College of Business (the iMBA) is a truly global program. We are excited to introduce new changes to our course grouping policies to promote networking and interaction, give students a wider diversity of experiences, and to improve upon existing group policies.

• Brand new group profile/preferences form: https://apps.giesbusiness.illinois.edu/studentpreferences
• New grouping policies:
• Groups of 4-5 instead of 5-6
• Groups based on ALL course registration for an 8-week period
• New groups every 8 weeks
• Improvements:
• Better schedule matching
• Improved diversity of groups
