Deconstructing Euro-American Centered Catalogue Systems in Libraries and Archives by Matialyn Munton

This presentation aims to interrogate what the call to "decolonize your library" entails and a broad overview of decolonization outside of the LIS field. Through the use of various literatures, I argue that libraries and archives must work to re-center the historically marginalized knowledges in Euro-American centric cataloguing and knowledge organization systems.
