TeamDynamix Tricks and Tips

This workshop is intended for new and existing TDX users and TDX App Admins. We'll cover a range of skills: general ticket handling, using the Transfer Hub, report building, and basic workflows and automations. Participants will be granted access to a TDX sandbox for the duration of the workshop to follow along and practice their skills. Questions and sharing knnowledge is very welcome and encouraged!
