Optional Employee Training for Annual Performance Review - Cornerstone Pilot (March 21, 2024)

The self-review task has been assigned to you for the Performance Review Pilot utilizing the Cornerstone System. You may begin this self-review now utilizing this link to get started: https://go.illinois.edu/cornerstone.   

To assist you in completing this self-review, we have created job aids which are embedded into the Cornerstone system and are also available at: https://go.illinois.edu/perfpilot. In addition, you will find embedded videos at each step in Cornerstone that illustrate how to complete the reviews. These videos may also be found at: https://go.illinois.edu/perf_video. If you were not able to attend the optional virtual training, we did record the training and will share the link with you once it has been made accessible.

Timeline: Please be reminded of the timeline for this performance period.  

May:          
May 1st is the target day for pilot participants to complete their self-review. However, each  unit/college may select an earlier date and communicate that to participants.

Supervisors will then complete the review and engage employees in performance review discussions.

May 31: 
Deadline for all reviews to be completed and signed off by both the employee and the supervisor.
