Recommendations for Securing Zoom and Other Real-time Online Sessions

The NCSA Events group provides assistance for online meetings and events at the NCSA building. In this session, we will discuss security issues and best practices with regard to Zoom and other online meeting platforms. We will provide information on the various settings available and how to utilize them to improve security of online sessions.   

 PRESENTERS: Michael Miller, Chad Martin, and Daniel Panno, of the NCSA Events group, bring a total of over 25 years of experience in virtual, in-person and hybrid events for NCSA and the University of Illinois System. The NCSA Events team assists with logistics, audio/video connectivity and presentation, recording and streaming for meetings, conferences, workshops, symposia or other events.
