Lindsay Ozburn serves as the inaugural Assessment Librarian at the Utah State University (USU) Libraries. In her role, she supports the USU Libraries Executive Committee by planning, developing, implementing, analyzing, and reporting on library-wide assessment initiatives. Her expertise and research include: survey design; organizational goal planning and assessment; space design and assessment; information searching evaluation; and building data collection instruments for quality assessment and impact demonstration. Lindsay holds an MA in European Studies and an MS in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also holds a certification in utilizing equitable and inclusive leadership practices from the University of Utah.
