Complex systems are composed of many parts. It is important to understand those parts, so that we can later understand the interrelationships between those parts.

Your objectives are:
1. Identify the types of components making up systems.
2. Identify the types of relationships that bind systems.
3. Recognize the types of questions we would seek to answer using a systems perspective.
4. Become familiar with the Systems Thinking Process that allows us to analyze complex systems.
