Jung share how transit systems don’t always measure user experiences. He is a PhD student in Geography and GIScience. He is interested in developing transportation quality measurements to evaluate policies from a user’s perspective. Currently, he is serving as a transportation planning modeler on the Champaign County Regional Planning Commission.
