Description: Another quick way to sound more energetic when you are speaking is to imitate motivational type of speakers. But we want you to imitate or channel those motivational speakers that we make fun of. Think television ads or SNL spoofs. Think vegematic or shamwow infomercials, think of the former Billy Mays’ infomercial voice or a used car sales rep or a preacher. Yes, I know these aren’t the types of voices you want to use in your speech, but if you imitate them, you will pick up your energy, but you won’t go nearly as far as what is spoofed on SNL.
