IAM Mission Briefing: SailPoint IGA Tool

Starfleet Command is initiating a new systems enhancement: the deployment of SailPoint, a SaaS-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tool, across all Federation outposts and academic starbases. This operation is critical to fortifying our Identity & Access Management (IAM) infrastructure. By integrating SailPoint into our systems, we aim to boldly go where no IAM framework has gone before—toward a future of seamless identity management, reduced security breaches, and enhanced mission readiness.

In this session, you’ll gain mission critical knowledge and learn about the following project objectives that aim to:
Unify Identity Protocols: Eliminate fragmented access systems and establish a standardized governance model across all Federation institutions.
Enhance Security Shields: Modernize workflows and reduce vulnerabilities to external threats and internal anomalies.
Establish IAM Governance: Create a centralized command structure for identity oversight and access control.
