Whitney shares her research building a microfluidic platform to mimic the lung cell environment. She is a third year PhD candidate in the Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Department developing a platform to mimic the dynamic movement of the lung. It is her vision that this platform can be used to identify effective patient-centered drug treatments.
