Have you ever wondered how to manage Webtools permissions for people in your unit, or whether you can request unit-level access in order to help your users directly? Web Services can assign unit-level administrator access to IT groups to help them manage Webtools privileges for their users. These unit admins have access to a System tab that allows them to quickly find, edit, and transfer any assets created within their unit. We’ll discuss requesting unit admin access, leveraging the System tab, using groups to manage permissions, and creating widgets to embed Webtools content.
