Ready! Session Two: SBIR/STTR Teams, Partners, and Collaborators

On January 21, 2025, Illinois FAST Center SBIR Consultant, Roland Garton, led a workshop and discussion focused on Ready! Session 2 on SBIR/STTR Teams, Partners, and Collaborators.

The second session in the Ready! Set! Go! series focuses on the components of a strong team, including staff, consultants, subawardees, collaborators, and others. This session also covers key aspects of product placement, customer discovery, and ability to place a product in the marketplace.

As with the first session, optional proposal development exercises will be available for submission and review by a FAST consultant after the session. The exercises will contribute to the Readiness Portfolio required for participation in the Set! series.
