2019 Research Live! Dong Liu: So Close Yet So Far - A Tale of Public Transit

Dong Liu (Geography and Geographic Information Science) is describing what his research can do to help low-income minorities have a more accessible experience in public transit in Chicago. Using optimal Far schemes Dong hopes to help the lower income population have easier access to public transportation and a better chance at finding and retaining jobs.
