This 17th Annual EU Day Address was given by His Excellency David O'Sullivan, Ambassador of the European Union to the United States, on November 9, 2018. This address was in the form of a conversation, moderated by William Bernhard, Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and Professor of Political Science, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. European Union Center Director Carla Santos and Reitu Mabokela, Vice Provost for International Affairs and Global Strategies, also deliver introductory remarks in honor of the European Union Center's 20th Anniversary.
