(2024.4.4) Supervisor Training for Annual Performance Review - Cornerstone Pilot

Thank you for your participation in this pilot.  We hope the changes we have made will improve the process and result in a meaningful performance conversation.

Timeline:  Here is the general timeline for this performance period.  Keep in mind that each unit/college may select earlier deadlines.  If this is the case, your unit/college will communicate this to you.

April:                    Pilot participants will complete their self-review.

 May:                     May 1st is the target day for pilot participants to complete their self-review.  However, each unit/college may select an earlier date and communicate that to participants. Supervisors will complete and engage employees in performance review discussions.

May 31:              Deadline for all reviews to be completed and signed off by both the employee and the supervisor.
