Scheduling Online Meetings with Outlook

We can schedule nearly all our meetings with Outlook, from in-person to online including Teams and Zoom. We worked through the how to add Zoom for Outlook extension and then use it to schedule meetings. We explored the different online platforms and considerations with persmissions for each.
We even explored offering options for meetings with the FindTime add-in which would give flexibility of meetings days/times and the group voting to consensus.
