Gelson Pagan (Bioengineering) explores our brains by alternative methods to brain function research such as building brains outside the body. Through stem-cells Gelson is researching Biohybrid Nerve Tissue or BRaNE and how we can make brains from scratch and learn how to combat diseases using this exciting research.
