Qi-gong is a traditional Chinese body-mind exercise that combines
stance/slow movement, deep breathing and meditation to enhance the flow
of Qi (an ancient term for “vital energy”) to improve blood circulation
and boost immune functions. Qi-gong therapy, known as energy therapy,
has been used to take care of a variety of chronic diseases, including
cancer. Come to learn and enjoy this simple and effective body-mind
exercise. All classes are virtual and will be led by Professor Weimo
Zhu.
