When moving online program support from an OPM (Online Program Manager) to in-house management, schools need to carefully strategize and prepare for how they will approach the transition. School’s must evaluate the resources they need and take stock of the process that the OPM provides to ensure schools are prepared to fully assume those responsibilities. Collaboration at the school and university level is also an important aspect of charting a path when exiting from an OPM and preparing to scale to support in-house. This session will provide an open forum for attendees to share suggestions for how to prepare for the conversion and ultimately execute the transition plans. Note: as this is an open forum format, not a presentation - all attendees should be prepared to ask questions and offer ideas from their own experiences!
