In her talk, Dr Katharina De Vita will discuss how business schools can embrace generative AI (GenAI). Katharina will outline key conditions for responsible
GenAI use and introduce her AI Risk Measure Scale (ARMS), which has been adopted by several leading universities. She will share insights on the impact of ARMS, as highlighted in her AACSB-published article "Can That Assignment Be Completed With GenAI?", co-authored
with Dr Gary Brown. The business school where she piloted ARMS notably reported a 40 percent reduction in academic misconduct cases within just one year of adopting the ARMS tool. Katharina will explain how this was achieved and offer recommendations for schools
implementing such tools such as ARMS.
