If an applied technology solution is the answer, what was the question?

In this session, we’ll learn how to plan for a technology solution by beginning at the end. We’ll cover some helpful practices, general roadmaps, and collectively mourn all of the failed projects of the past. We’ll talk desired outcomes, minimum viable products, and identifying/engaging stakeholders. The jokes will be average, and the acronyms will be minimal.

Technology can’t be applied to a problem without first identifying what it’s trying to solve. Join a discussion on how to serve our university by way of small steps and incremental changes that add up to a large difference.
